玻璃钢雕塑模具材料主要有三类
1、石膏材料做成的模具型腔，也叫碎模法。但石膏材料强度低、放置时间长时容易变形。

2、硅橡胶材料做成的模具型腔，也叫软模法。硅橡胶材料使用前为流体状态，流动性及填充性好。配制后经交联反应形成橡胶弹性体，可具有较大的弹性变形。交联后的硅橡胶密封性好，与原模及玻璃钢皆不粘接。用其做玻璃钢雕塑模具的表面层材料，既可以高质量地复制出作品的形状，又可以保证顺利脱模。但是，硅橡胶交联体容易变形，在用作模具时，需有支撑载体。可以利用玻璃钢易成型的特点，用作模具的载体材料。具体的模具制作方法是：将配制好的硅橡胶分几次涂剧在原模上，硅橡胶层应在1mm后以上。待硅橡胶交联后，在硅橡胶上再成型厚度为3mm左右的玻璃钢层。玻璃钢固化后，沿着划分出的单元块将整体模具切开，切割时注意将玻璃钢层及硅橡胶层同时切开。在单元块间制作连接肋，连接肋处应设定位槽，以保证通过连接肋使单元块模具组合成一整体。以上工作完成后，将玻璃钢单元块脱模，然后脱下硅橡胶层，脱下的硅橡胶块立即放回玻璃钢单元模中。

After preparation, rubber elastomers are formed through cross-linking reaction, which has larger elastic deformation. The crosslinked silicone rubber has good sealing performance, and it is not bonded with original mold and FRP. It can be used as the surface material of FRP sculpture. It can not only reproduce the shape of the work, but also guarantee the smooth demoulding. However, silicone rubber junction is easy to deform. When used as a die, there must be a support carrier. It can make use of the characteristics of FRP to be easily molded, and can be used as the carrier material of mould. The specific mold making method is to divide the prepared silicone rubber several times into the original mold, and the silicone rubber layer should be above 1mm. After the crosslinking of silicone rubber, the glass fiber reinforced plastic layer with thickness of 3mm will be remolded on silicone rubber. After the glass fiber reinforced plastic is solidified, the whole die will be cut along the unit blocks that are divided. When cutting, we should also cut the glass fiber reinforced plastic layer and the silicon rubber layer at the same time. The connecting ribs should be made between unit blocks, and the location grooves should be set up to connect the ribs, so as to ensure that the unit blocks can be combined into a whole through connecting ribs. After the above work is completed, the FRP block is demoulding, and then the silicon rubber layer is removed. The removed silicone rubber block is immediately returned to the FRP module.
3、用玻璃钢材料做成的模具型腔，也叫硬模法。也就是在玻璃钢模具上翻制玻璃钢雕塑，玻璃钢模具一般采用手糊成型方法，制作前应设计成型线路。
