一般的两厢汽车车身后柱流水槽主要由后流水槽上段板及后组合灯安装板焊接形成,上部与顶盖焊接,侧面与侧围外板焊接,底部与后围外板焊接,形成一个从顶盖沿后柱到车身底部的导水槽。雨水从顶部沿着该导水槽往下,保证雨水不进入车体内部。钣金的搭接面焊接后一般需进行涂胶处理,后背门门洞采用密封条密封,在尾灯及线束等安装孔采用凸台,密封垫圈等进行密封其结构及分块受车身整体结构及冲压工艺,焊接工艺等的限制,保证每个钣金零件都具有良好的冲压工艺性,保证各零件及各总成的焊接工艺性,同时也必须保证涂装及总装装配工艺性的要求。

The door hole of back door is sealed by sealing strip, the installation hole of taillight and wire harness is sealed by bump, sealing washer and so on. Its structure and block are limited by the whole structure of car body, stamping technology, welding technology and so on, so as to ensure that each sheet metal part has a good impact. Compression process, to ensure the weldability of all parts and assemblies, but also to ensure the painting and assembly process requirements.
