There are three main types of plastic mould materials for glass steel.
1、石膏材料做成的模具型腔，也叫碎模法。但石膏材料强度低、放置时间长时容易变形。
1, the mold cavity made of plaster material is also called the mold breaking method. But the gypsum material is low in strength and easy to deform when it is placed for a long time.
2、硅橡胶材料做成的模具型腔，也叫软模法。硅橡胶材料使用前为流体状态，流动性及填充性好。配制后经交联反应形成橡胶弹性体，可具有较大的弹性变形。交联后的硅橡胶密封性好，与原模及玻璃钢皆不粘接。用其做玻璃钢雕塑模具的表面层材料，既可以高质量地复制出作品的形状，又可以保证顺利脱模。
2, silicon rubber material made of mold cavity, also called the soft mold method. The silicone rubber material is fluid state, fluidity and filling property before use. After preparation, the rubber elastomer is formed by cross linking reaction, which can have large elastic deformation. The crosslinked silicone rubber is well sealed and is not bonded to the original model and the FRP. Using it as the surface material of the FRP sculpture mould, it can not only reproduce the shape of the work in high quality, but also guarantee the smooth demoulding.
3、用玻璃钢材料做成的模具型腔，也叫硬模法。也就是在玻璃钢模具上翻制玻璃钢雕塑，玻璃钢模具一般采用手糊成型方法，制作前应设计成型线路。
The mold cavity 3, glass steel material, also called die method. It is to make glass steel moulds to make glass steel sculpture. The mould of glass steel is generally used by hand paste forming method. The molding line should be designed before making the mould.
